Full Void Is Out Now, Check Out the Official Trailer!
Dive into an AI-run future in OutOfTheBit’s Full Void, a new 2D cinematic puzzle platformer out now on PC via Steam. While this game is a departure from the developer’s previous arcade titles, Super Arcade Football and Super Arcade Racing, there’s still a balance of retro and modern gameplay in Full Void. If you like classic ‘90s era titles, such as Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee or Prince of Persia, you’ll like what you see in the trailer linked above: hand-drawn pixel environments, retro sound design, and, of course, traditional hacking-based puzzles.
Full Void places you in the shoes of a young teenager navigating a hellish landscape controlled by rogue AI. The wordless storytelling tackles some compelling themes, particularly “oppression and isolation”, as it notes in its Steam description. In an effort to make this title widely accessible, though, the OutOfTheBit team ensured that there is no gore or explicit violence, making it suitable across more age groups.
Full Void is available now on PC via Steam.
