FPS Roguelike PERISH Launches on PC

Roguelike solo and co-op shooter PERISH is available now on PC, opening the doors to a classical mythology underworld developed by ITEM42 and published by HandyGames. Console players can expect a PERISH launch before the end of 2023.

PERISH is ITEM42’s debut title, featuring a co-op campaign for up to four players, hordes of creatures to kill, and a wide variety of gear and gadgetry to use on your perilous journey through the realm of Purgatory. You can get a peek at PERISH's enemies, combat, and heavy-metal soundtrack in the game's brand-new release trailer. You'll notice the setting and enemy design are heavily inspired by Ancient Greek, Roman, and Christian mythologies, and its gameplay is rooted in roguelike elements, so you can expect a lot of deaths and replayability. You’ll play as Amyetri, a corporeal spirit condemned to live a dark eternity, and starting with nothing but a broken sword, you’ll change his fate as you get new weapons, upgrade abilities, and defeat magnificent bosses.
