First Vampyr Screenshots Revealed

Dontnod’s new game Vampyr is coming later this year and promises to be a dark and broody affair, with plenty of vampire mythology embedded. It’s set in Victorian London and sets players on the path to bloodsucking by playing as a Vampire in this story driven adventure.

We’ve been lucky enough to get a sneak preview of the game so we felt that it was only fair with share that with you, our lovely readers. They showcase the backdrop of London addled by an epidemic of Spanish Flu and the atmospheric setting that it provides.

As a Vampyr, you’re going to need to hunt, that’s a sad inevitable side effect of being one of the Nosferatu, however you’re also going to need to be careful on whom you feed as once you kill an NPC, they won’t be coming back. With every character having some kind of meaningful impact on the world around you, every neck you bite could come back to bite you later.
