Final Fantasy XVI "DOMINANCE" Trailer Revealed

Square Enix has revealed their new "DOMINANCE" trailer for Final Fantasy XVI to announce to the world that we can expect a global release in the Summer of 2023.

In this trailer, you can get a bit more insight into what you can expect from the story and some brand new gameplay footage. In Final Fantasy XVI, you control Clive Rosfield as he utilises the attacks of Eikons — or the Summons, as you would usually see them — who you can see fight during the trailer. 

Here's what we know about Final Fantasy XVI so far. We focus on Clive Rosfield, the older brother of Joshua, who is the Dominant of the Phoenix. Dominants are people who can summon the power of the Eikons and call upon them. As the plot goes forward, we'll focus on Clive and his road to revenge. 

Now that Final Fantasy XVI is in its final leg of development, Square Enix is excited to see how fans react to this brand new entry into the franchise. After all, they have a wide range of talent contributing to the game. As far as we know, this will be a standalone title that is being developed for the PlayStation 5. So, Final Fantasy fans, best get yourselves ready for the Summer of 2023.
