Final Fantasy XV Might Get Second Season Pass
As Square Enix continue to make Final Fantasy XV a bigger product then it already is, they recently announced some new content coming next year.
In the game's most recent, and final, Active Time Report director Hajime Tabata mentioned that the team are want create more stories within the Final Fantasy XV universe to help fill the gaps that fans feel are missing from the main game. Recently however when speaking with Famitsu, Tabata gave some more details on the future of Final Fantasy XV.
Firstly, a new roadmap is likely to be released in November to give players a clear understanding of what - and when - updates will drop. Once Episode Ignis drops in December the team will bring work on the next project right away. Because of the future plans for additional content Tabata mentioned that they are considering a new season pass of sorts for Final Fantasy XV. This also included a hint to a possible second VR title in the works.
It is to be expected that details on the future of the title and any other content will be quite until after the release of Comrades and Episode Ignis. Then again, does the game really need more content?
Final Fantasy XV is available now for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A PC release is set for 2018.
