Final Fantasy XIV Online Trial Limitations Lifted
While not quite free to play, to celebrate the upcoming release of their next expansion for Final Fantasy XIV Online, Stormblood, Square-Enix have removed the time restrictions for their 14-day trial. This means, for free, players can experience the award-winning MMO up to level 35. Experience the fantasy realm of Eorzea for as long as you like and try out multiple classes, playable races, and jobs.
All the content up to level 35 will be available for free, and best of all, players wishing to continue their adventure beyond level 35 can subscribe and keep on playing.
The trial changes are part of patch 3.56 which marks the narrative conclusion of Heavensward and sets the stage for the release of Stormblood on the 20th of June. You can check out the details on the link above, and you can also sign-up there too for the trail, already registered? You can also now reactivate your old account and continue the adventure.

Definitely checking this out, now. It's always been a case of "Huh, am I going to get 14 days worth out of this free trial?", usually answered with "Not with my schedule".

Really enjoyed what I played but not really felt like subbing to an MMO since bursting on Legion. I really do need to get back into FFXIV at some point!
Removing the trial restrictions is a great move, gives you plenty of opportunity to experiment.
