Final Fantasy XIV Online Patch Video
FINAL FANTASY XIV Online got a patch that adds new content as well as making it even easier for players to go solo thanks to a new system called The Duty Support System, which allows players to pass some dungeons with just NPCs as the party members (more dungeons will be available later on). Additionally, major revisions have been made to Cape Westwind to further support the solo players and make it as accessible as possible for them to be alone. Future updates are coming to expand these systems into more parts of the game.
Aside from just improving the experience for solo players, the latest patch brought with it some new content and features:
- A new chapter for the Warrior of Light has been added, which is the beginning storyline that follows the conclusion of Endwalker.
- A new role quest will be available once players finish Endwalker.
- New dungeon has been added.
- Players will be able to play through a new Extreme Trial, The Mistrel's Ballad: Endsinger's Aria.
- A new Unreal Trial — Ultima's Bane — is now available.
- Players will have access to a new alliance raid: Myths of the Realm: Aglaia, which will teach them more about the Twelve.
- New PvP content — Crystalline Conflict — is available too.
- The PvP reward system has now been implemented.
- And more.
