Final Fantasy Explorers Collector’s Edition Announced

Square Enix today announced details of a Collector’s Edition for its upcoming Nintendo 3DS action role-playing adventure Final Fantasy Explorers . The Collector’s Edition will be available in limited quantities and will be sold only through the Square Enix store for £59.99 / €69.99.

Those stumping out extra for this limited edition version of the first Final Fantasy game on the 3DS  will get a bespoke presentation box, showcasing artwork of famed illustrator Yoshitaka Amano, a branded 3DS hard case, a limited edition 40-page art book and a 20-track music CD entitled “Songs for the Journey”.

 The Collector’s Edition will also include a selection of unlockable in-game quests for legendary Final Fantasy weapons, including Venus Gospel from Final Fantasy VIII and Thyrus from Final Fantasy XIV

Final Fantasy Explorers arrives in Europe and PAL territories on 29th January 2016 and will be a 3DS Exclusive. Pre-orders for the collector’s edition are now open on Square Enix's online store
