Far Cry 6 Evokes Civil Unrest in World Premiere Trailer
Welcome to Yara, the fictional nation at the heart of Far Cry 6. Its president, Anton Castillo (played by Giancarlo Esposito), rules with relentless aggression, leaving the island's workers hungry, mistreated and oppressed while its rich minority grow ever richer. However, the tides are turning and a revolution is growing by the day; guerrilla fighters take to the streets in resistance to Castillo's tyrannical ways. Join the revolution in Far Cry 6. Take down an evil regime and free an entire nation.
In the game's World Premiere Trailer, we see Castillo talking to his son, comparing Yara to an armed grenade. If not clutched "nice and tight", he says, "we all go boom". It's clear that Castillo has taken the old 'tough love'' philosophy a little too far... someone's going to have to do something about that. Wonder who it'll be? (Hint: it's you.)
Check out the trailer above, and mark your calendar for 18th February 2021 when Far Cry 6 releases on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC and Stadia.

Personally I'm hoping for less customisation options in this game.
