Fall Guys Delays Switch and Xbox Release but Assure Crossplay
Fall Guys has a staggering 83% positive reviews on Steam currently, and this whopping success was soon to be followed with Switch and Xbox releases sometime this year. However, the Fall Guys team announced on April 30th that these releases would be delayed; “so many new opportunities now in our hands, we've realised that our previously announced Summer 2021 Switch and Xbox release schedule is unfortunately just too soon for us to include all of the tasty new features we're working on.”

But, this is far from a negative news piece! The team still reassure players that crossplay is in the forefront of their mind to ensure that “when we add new platforms, players will be able to stumble in harmony with their pals, regardless of their platform of choice.”
The future for Fall Guys still seems bright too, “with 2 fiendish new Rounds heading your way, plus delicious Fall fashion for your Season 4 wardrobe.” mentioned further in the same announcement. The most recent costume pack, the “Popstar Pack”, is available on Steam now.
Keep an eye out for more definitive release dates for Switch and Xbox here at GameGrin, our eyes are peeled. Happy falling guys!
