Evil Dead: The Game’s Free Splatter Royale Update Out Now

A free update has arrived for the popular multiplayer survival horror title Evil Dead: The Game, including a brand-new battle royale game mode — Splatter Royale — where you’ll compete with up to 40 players to be the last one standing. Check out the new trailer showcasing the deadly combat you can expect; being the last player alive will be no easy feat. Adding to the action-packed experience of Evil Dead, players will get to choose Deadite versions of any Survivors and Demons from the game, and you have access to two new bonus weapons: the long-range grenade launcher and the scythe for close-range combat. Pablo’s “Kandarian Facelift” outfit is also included with the free update.

Other in-game bonuses are found in the Immortal Power DLC Bundle, which is available to purchase separately from the free release of Splatter Royale. The bundle features new cosmetics, including Kelly’s “Scourge of Evil” outfit, Pablo’s “Fish n’ Chips” outfit, Ash vs Evil Dead “Party Animal” outfit, and Puppeteer Demon Class “King of the White Frost” outfit. You’ll also unlock new Survivor Ruby Knowby, voiced by Lucy Lawless, who comes with unique attributes: health regeneration, possession resistance, and a damage bonus to her weapons. Ruby can consume souls to strengthen her aura and trigger a deadly blast that damages evil units while healing nearby Survivors.
