Everything You Need to Know About the Arcane Season 2 Free Global Community Premiere

Spoilers for Arcane season 1 ahead.

It's already been three years since the release of Arcane season 1, and Riot Games fans everywhere are raving for the return of the show. In partnership with Fortiche, Riot Games worked together to bring the League of Legends universe to a new venue: shows. And only a few days after release, it was clear — Arcane was a massive success.

Despite the success, however, working on the second season would take a long time. Not planning for such praise, Riot Games played their cards slowly, and decided to prevent putting too many resources into what was (then) a loose cannon that could either succeed or flop. It was three years ago that the final act and season finale "What Could Have Been" dropped, where watchers witnessed the destruction of Piltover's council at the hands of Jinx... though the aftermath was left up in the air, as the episode ends right before the impact, leaving everyone wondering: who survived?

At the same time as the first episode begins streaming, all of the other episodes in the first Act will be available on Netflix, meaning that eager fans will be able togo watch the rest of the content immediately after the stream. And, if it's too early or too late for some, the rebroadcast will happen the same day on the 9th of November 2024 at 20:00 GMT — co-streams are also allowed for the rebroadcast.
