Everreach: Project Eden Out Now
Take the first steps onto our galaxy's first habitable, extraterrestrial planet as Nora Hardwood, employee of the Everreach Corporation and protagonist of Everreach: Project Eden, the new action RPG from Elder Games.
Set on a planet —unsurprisingly— called Eden, Nora must prepare the surface for mass human colonisation while investigating 'unusual' occurrences that might throw those efforts off-course. Before long, she uncovers the remains of an ancient civilisation bursting with secrets and mysteries that might just be above her pay-grade as a mere Security-Division Officer.
Like many RPGs, Everreach: Project Eden is filled with optional side-missions, lore fragments and loot containers. They'll be found scattered throughout the levels which can be traversed with ease thanks Nora's hoverbike. Exploring the world with care will result in more experience and therefore more choice in crafting Nora's skill-set; there are over 80 upgrades for the hero and her equipment so players will have to choose their specialisations wisely.
With a purposefully-crafted, eight-hour long storyline written with the help of Michelle Clough (of the Mass Effect series), Project Eden presents itself as a compelling story in addition to a thrilling third-person and vehicle-based shooter/RPG.
Everreach: Project Eden is out now on Xbox One and PC for £19.99. Until 11th December, players can purchase the game at a 20% discount for £15.99 as a celebratory launch price.
