Embr's First Free Content Update is Here
Just over a month after Muse Games (Guns of Icarus Online) released its co-op firefighting simulator Embr, the game's first free content update bursts onto the scene. Titled Embr Eats, the update brings a new game mode, level, usable item and several new outfits. Check out the Embr Eats launch trailer above for Embr, available on Steam Early Access.
In Embr, society's emergency services aren't government funded; firefighters have to draw in the funds with their own hard work and business know-how. With this in mind, Embr's new game mode makes a lot of sense. Seeing players take on the role of takeout delivery drivers, the mode should provide a much-needed diversion from the main attraction of wacky, often ill-fated firefighting hijinks.
The new map, Empire Towers, will provide a classic high-rise inferno setting for would-be firefighters to test their firefighting prowess. Smart use of trampolines will be essential to tackling this map.
Additionally, a new healing Stim Pen item and a set of outfits inspired by other Curve Digital (Embr's publisher) releases act as the cherry on top of this significant update. It's a fantastic start for Embr's Early Access content additions. Let's hope they keep the content coming.

Embr is out now for Steam Early Access; the Embr Eats update is available to download free for the game's current owners.
