Elite Dangerous Fleet Carrier gamescom Reveal Trailer

Straight from the stage at the Frontier community event in gamescom, Frontier Developments are pleased to reveal further information on the much-anticipated Fleet Carriers coming in the December Update. These huge ships can support up to 16 player ships and are available to ANY Elite Dangerous Commander to purchase (one per player - they're really big).

Until then though, there’s the September Update, which plans on improving the starter experience for new commanders meaning there's never been a better time to get into Elite Dangerous. Amongst other features, the update will bring a fully-voiced, in-ship tutorial, covering the basics of space flight, combat, traveling and scanning so new players can better understand the world of Elite Dangerous.

The September Update is set to launch on 17th September 2019 for Windows, PS4 and Xbox One.
