Earn a Michelin Star in Chef Life: A Restaurant Simulator Coming This February

In a new trailer, Nacon Games and developer Cyanide showcase Chef Life - A Restaurant Simulator, a new game made in collaboration with the prestigious Michelin Guide, a restaurant rating system that marks an establishment as one of excellence. Players will find themselves in the role of a restaurant owner and using the best ingredients, learning cooking techniques, and providing top-tier service will be the key to earning culinary awards.

To be selected by the Michelin Guide, players will have to fulfil several criteria which will be evaluated by an anonymous inspector. This is the first step to earning the Etoile and the Bib Gourmand award that can be achieved after presenting a quality cuisine. The player can then choose what type of restaurant to run (a bistronomic or gastronomic establishment), and they can choose to work towards getting an iconic Michelin Guide Star. The choice of products, mastery of techniques, harmony of flavors, plating, and consistency of quality will all play a part in determining whether the restaurant is excellent enough to become a Michelin icon.
