E3 2015 - Uncharted 4 Gameplay Footage

As we saw in previous footage, Uncharted 4 puts great emphasis on dynamism and mobility, making all movements and combination fluid and connected to each other. In the latest one at Sony's conference, we see a much more enhanced version of that. Of course, if we ignore the freeze that forced the guys at Sony restart the game — pretty funny though —, what we have is reactive and immersive environment, with Nate and Sulley respond accordingly to the objects and people around them, and vice versa.

The pirate atmosphere is no news for this saga. Coming back to the Caribbean, Nate and Sulley wander around a market only to find what in every Uncharted game abounds: shootouts for little reason. Gun play looks as smooth and fluid as the other animations, being able to jump from shooting to punching or climbing seamlessly.

In terms of visuals, Uncharted 4 doesn't fall short. With destructible scenario, Nate gets at the wheel of a car that you control yourself — forget about on-rails vehicles. After a really long chase sequence, Nate shows off his acrobatic skills by throwing a grappling hook to the van they're after, and flies through the air hanging from it to end the footage.
