Baldur's Gate 3 is celebrating its release on Xbox by returning its Twitch drops event! By selecting among the eligible content creators, you can partake and get a slew of rewards for your in-game team and make them look as pretty as ever!

After winning various Game of the Year awards, Larian Studios announced the highly anticipated release of the Xbox version of the game, and on launch day, the Twitch drops returned! These started on the 11th of December 2023 and will run all the way until next year (I've been waiting a whole year to make that joke)! The campaign for Twitch drops ends on the 5th of January, 2024 at 4:00 AM UK time.

To earn these, you'll need to select one of the Twitch-drop-enabled streamers that are playing Baldur's Gate 3 at any given moment and watch them for two hours. After that point, you will get the Camp Clothing Set, featuring four total cosmetic pieces that you'll be able to equip. The four items you'll get are the following:

• Streamhopper Loafers
• Channeler's Trunks
• Periwinkle Undergarments
• Chatterbox's Tabard

As the X account put it, "We hear purple is in this year", so all of these items are royal purple in colour that'll look great on your characters! However, a useful commenter by the name @modthryo on the post mentioned all of these can also be dyed, which means that you can get a lot of combinations off of your Camp Clothing Set and plenty of reasons to use it, even if you don't like the extravagant colouring system.

It's worth noting that you don't need to watch the two total hours within a single streamer, which means that if you have a preferred one that goes offline (or alternatively, you get bored of watching the stream after a certain point), you'll be able to switch and still earn your reward at the two-hour mark. Bear in mind that the time does not count if you mute the stream (at least, from our experience), but you can mute the tab in your browser (with audio enabled on the video) to mute it if you want to put it in the background while you play the game yourself.

How to connect your Twitch account to Larian Studios to be eligible

To actually get your Camp Clothing Set to your account, you'll first need to connect your Twitch to Larian Studios. Though it sounds complicated, it's quite simple to accomplisha nd it won't take much time — you have to go to the Larian Studios official website and log in. After this point, you can select Twitch and connect it to your desires one and watch the streamers through the one that you linked. It should be easy to see which streamers are eligible, as they'll have the "Drops Enabled" tag.

Remember: the Camp Clothing Set will be available until the 5th of January 2024 at 4:00 UK time, which gives you plenty of weeks to acquire these items.
