Divinity: Original Sin 2 Switch Port is Getting New Features

Free DLC is coming to Divinity: Original Sin 2 in the form of the “Order & Magic” Gift Bag. This Gift Bag adds numerous new inclusions to the game across all platforms, as well as some additional quality of life updates to the Switch version.

Switch players will be able to access cross-save functionality with the Steam version of the game with this free update, meaning that players can switch between the two platforms and pick up right where they left off. Switch players will also now be able to invite friends to their game through the new friend invite system.

This gift bag also includes a variety of optional alterations for gameplay. These include the summoning class being able to cast infusion spells on all available summons, a Combat Randomiser that grants random enemies special statuses, the ability to make the black cat a follower, improved inventory organisation, new vendors that sell artifacts for enhancing gear, and the ability to haggle vendors with the entire party.
