Diablo IV Announced, Cinematic Trailer Revealed

Blizzard Entertainment have opened their year Blizzcon show with the long awaited announcement of Diablo IV. 

As an ancient evil threatens to destroy Sanctuary once more, new heroes will need to rise up and face challenges unlike anything ever seen before. In the cinematic announcement trailer fans are treated to a nearly ten minute look at the world and story that will unfold when the title releases. 

“Sanctuary has been a home to Diablo players for more than 20 years, and it’s with our own deep passion for the series and a deep appreciation of the community that we announce Diablo IV today,” said J. Allen Brack, president of Blizzard Entertainment. “We’re excited to be returning to the dark, quintessential Diablo gameplay that players love while expanding the world and story in new ways, and we can’t wait for more people to be able to experience it.”

Diablo IV is current in development for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
