Devil May Cry HD Collection Confirmed For Release on Current Consoles

Capcom have announced that the Devil May Cry HD Collection will be getting a new release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. 

The collection includes the first three games in the series, Devil May Cry, Devil May Cry 2 and Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening - Special Edition and will be the first time the games are available on the current consoles. Set to release on 13th March, 2018 players will be able to enjoy updated visuals and a "silky smooth 60fps". The Devil May Cry HD Collection was original released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Given the rumors around the possible announcement of Devil May Cry 5 this news might support the rumors. If a reveal for a new game is just around the corner then giving players who may have missed the rest of the series a chance to jump in would make sense. 

Devil May Cry HD Collection will release on 13th March, 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
