Deponia Coming to PlayStation Network

Daedalic Entertainment have just announced that Deponia will be heading to the PlayStation Network this summer. The series, which focuses around thoroughly unlikeable anti-hero Rufus and his friends while they adventure in the junk-filled world of Deponia.

While the game is a direct port from the already-available version on the PC and Mac, the controls and UI have had a complete overhaul in order to cater for the difference in controller. 

Still, the whole point & click gameplay and feeling remain the same. But we could benefit from the advantages of a controller-based system, for instance by additionally allowing direct Rufus control.

While it looks like it is only the first part of the trilogy of games, no doubt the others will be quick to follow, bringing the world Deponia to a whole new potential audience.
