Death or Treat Release Date Trailer

For all of you trick-or-treaters out there, we have a treat for you — Death or Treat, a charming metroidvania title greatly inspired by Hollow Knight and the Ori franchise that is reminiscent of Have a Nice Death has just received its release date trailer.

The part-cinematic-part-gameplay trailer showcases the protagonist, Scary, as they arrive at HallowTown to find a deserted place where sweets are no longer as cool as the new drug, Storyum, has taken over the HallowVerse. 

Armed with a broom and a slew of other weapons, defend HallowTown and save Halloween when Death or Treat releases on the 5th of May for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, while Switch and PlayStation fans will have to wait for a couple of weeks for its release.
