DEATH NOTE Killer Within is Out Soon; See the Announcement Trailer Here!

Fans of DEATH NOTE will be pleased to know that Bandai Namco Entertainment have announced, DEATH NOTE Killer Within, an online social deduction game for up to 10 players.

Players will be split into two teams, where they need to uncover one another's identities to eliminate L, or identify Kira and seize his Death Note. While Kira and L are naturally, equally matched, the two of them will be hiding their true identities in a game of cat and mouse, all while battling for control over the game. It's all a battle of wits, where you will either join as one of Kira's devout followers, or L, and one of his investigators into the mysterious deaths that Kira is causing.

Essentially, you will take on one of four roles: Kira, Kira's Follower, L, or an Investigator. Each role will offer different gameplay characteristics, and you can come up with your own strategy, as random scenarios will become a high-stake game. Plus, you can customise your nameplates, and you can choose up to seven different types of accessories for your avatar. There will also be special effects available for display during some key gameplay moments.

So, if you're looking for a new game for you and your friends, and you're a fan of the DEATH NOTE series, then consider DEATH NOTE Killer Within. Out on 5th November, it will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC - and it will also be available instantly for PlayStation Plus subscribers as one of the PS Plus Monthly Games. There is also a Special Edition, which also has the Premium Customisation Track Vol. 1, and an Accessory Pack alongside the base game.
