Dead Space Releases Launch Trailer and Fifth Blog

Motive Studio, the developer behind the Dead Space remake, has released the game's launch trailer. Stunning visuals highlight the dark vision and atmosphere of the original game — now seen with breathtaking clarity. This action-packed trailer is sure to get both long-time fans and newcomers excited to board the USG Ishimaru on the 27th of January, 2023.

Additionally, the fifth instalment of Motive Studio’s blog series “Inside Dead Space” has also been released. The series focuses on the many challenges and improvements the team had when recreating the beloved horror game. This latest entry, titled “Story Matters”, discusses how they handled remaking the story, while also making changes based on continuity. The Dead Space franchise does have a second and third game, and based on those comments I wonder if they too will receive the remake treatment.
