Cultural Icon Ultraman Joins Override 2: Super Mech League
Beloved icon of Japanese culture Ultraman is set to join the fight of Override 2: Super Mech League, the upcoming mech-based arena brawler from Modus Studios Brazil and Maximum Games. The character, in addition to three other fighters from the Ultraman universe, will be available to players who purchase the Ultraman Deluxe Edition of the game or the Season Pass DLC.
Since 1966, the Ultraman franchise has dominated Japanese culture, spreading around the world and gaining a devoted fanbase. Through TV shows, anime, films, videogames, comics and more, Ultraman has become a genuine phenomenon; this Override 2: Super Mech League crossover is just the latest in a long line of Ultraman media.
In addition to Ultraman himself, the crossover also brings three more characters from the Ultraman universe:
- Bemular
- Dan Moroboshi
- Black King
- Ultraman (obviously)
Override 2: Super Mech League launches on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, Switch and PC on 22nd December. The title supports Smart Delivery on Xbox platforms, and PlayStation 4 owners can upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version of the game by for free.
