Cross-Platform Play Coming to Minecraft
Who can't get enough Minecraft? I bet many of you would love to adventure and join your friends across the multitude of platforms Minecraft is on. Well, now you can with the introduction of cross-platform. It isn't just for PC and Xbox players, it's for all, well expect PlayStation players.
Coming next year Xbox, PC, Android and iOS players can join together, build, create and play together in dedicated servers called Realms. These allow you create you own private world and share them with your friends, regardless if they're out on their mobile device or at home on PC or Xbox.
Not only that, new add-ons will also be coming to Minecraft Pocket and Windows 10. Which are essentially mods that new characters, skins and models to go on. All this including cross-platform will arriving early next year, more add-ons will be coming later this fall.
