Creative Director of Remedy Entertainment Confirms Alan Wake Remaster
Sam Lake confirmed in an open letter on the official Alan Wake website that the game was making a return. Alan Wake Remastered promises to deliver the original experience but with enhanced visuals to bring the game into the modern era.
After almost 11 years of waiting, the game will launch on Xbox, Epic Games and, for the first time ever, PlayStation. It wasn't confirmed if it was playable on both current-gen consoles, but it would have to be assumed to be the case. There is no current release date for Alan Wake Remastered, but Sam Lake promises more information is coming soon, ahead of the rumoured October release.
We can't thank you enough for the love and support you've shown #AlanWake these 11 years… but I can try.
