Climb Mount Balrior in Brand-new Guild Wars 2: Janthir Wilds Massive Update Godspawn
Guild Wars 2: Janthir Wilds has been out since the 20th of August, and it is officially receiving a brand-new update, bringing with it a slew of changes and things we haven't seen in years.
ArenaNet and NCSOFT are slowly updating and building up the latest expansion for Guild Wars 2. The brand-new update, Godspawn, brings with it a slew of features to keep the game fresh after its release just a few months ago.
The primary point of interest in this update is a new raid dropping, which is the first time in five years. Players will ally with their new Kodan allies and climb Mount Balrior to defeat the behemoths that are causing the chaos that has been looming over Janthir. 10 players will get together to face numerous encounters and get all sorts of items and cosmetics to show their victorious climb.
There is also the new Klobjarne spear, with six possible looks, and the newest Convergence encounter has been added, which will be a new activity in the Secrets of the Obscure! This time, 50 players will work together to fight a new reinterpretation of the titan Decima in a massively large-scale, multi-objective event signature of Guild Wars 2.
The new Klobjarnbe spear is arriving with the Godspawn update, too, and it'll be alongside the new Sea Wave Glass weapon set, joining the suite of new relics that allow you to work with character customisation. The latest Wizard's Vault includes the Rot Stalker skin for the armour and boots, and decorations and crafting recipes are making their way to the homestead front, allowing players to change their homes as they rest whenever they aren't saving the world.
Godspawn is just the first update to Janthir Wilds, with two more coming throughout the months to bring a conclusion to the expansion's adventure! The Godspawn update arrives on the 19th of November.
