Civilization VI is Available Now For Apple Devices

With the current craze of gaming on the go, Aspyr Media, Inc. has brought the behemoth heavy weight of 4X games Civilisation VI produced by Firaxis Games, Inc. onto the App Store for iOS. Foreword, at the bottom of the description in the store (link) they specify what Apple products support the game fully.

Civilization VI requires an iPad Air 2, iPad 2017, or any iPad Pro. Please note, Civilization VI on iPad includes the base game only, and does not include additional downloadable or expansion content.

As noted, none of the expansions or DLCs are Included. The game appears to feature all of the main components from the PC version. Despite not being watered down, you're able to give the game a go for free for the first 60 turns. If you unlock the full game by doing an in-app purchase, it's reported to be a seamless experience. If you're in the US, the game costs $29.99 but in the UK it's £28.99, meaning there's no exchange rate being handled.

Whether or not updates are happening or if any expansions are added down the line. This base price is still cheaper than the original selling price of Civilization VI on Steam. However, at time of writing. It is currently having a Christmas sale, so it's cheaper than the App Store version.
