Cities: Skylines is Free to Play This Weekend on Steam

City building simulator Cities: Skylines is currently on sale and free to play on Steam. 

From now until 11th Sunday at 1PM PT (that's 9pm GMT) Steam users can download and play the game for free. Once more, the game and all it's DLC is on sale at the minute as well should you find yourself getting stuck into the game.
