Some people love horror games so much that they become nigh invulnerable to fear; thankfully, game developers are always working hard to find new and improved ways of scaring us. Whether it's through Chucky-Cheese-esque monsters like in Five Nights at Freddy's or with cartoony settings, such as in Bendy and the Ink Machine, there's always something new and exciting.

Well, developer Clapperheads is trying yet another new approach. Instead of fighting ghosts, animatronics, or terrifying underwater creatures, you'll try to survive your first shift in a zoo. You read that right: Zoochosisis all about the embodiment of a zoo keeper's worst nightmare!

In it, you'll see through a body cam as the adorable and endearing animals you're trying to keep safe turn into terrifying monstrosities that are out to kill you! This is due to a terrifying parasite that is spreading and changing the appearance and behaviour of the animals until they're unrecognisable and grotesque versions of themselves! Identify the infected ones, create vaccines, and cure them all before it spreads further!

It goes without saying, but this new horrific experience is not for the faint of heart, as you'll have to explore all sorts of areas while attempting to survive dangerous and hungry beasts. In the announcement trailer, for example, we get a glimpse of a terrifying version of a kangaroo, which has a huge, bloody, and hungry mouth at its belly.
