Check Out EVOTINCTION's Launch Trailer!

Spikewave Games, founded by the former members of the Chinese branch of 2K Games, is an independent studio who have worked hard to work on their new title, EVOTINCTION

When a cutting-edge research facility is overtaken by AI drones infected by a virus, humanity is lost. All connections to outside are gone, and there are no signs of life anywhere in the facility. The only one left is Thomas Liu, the leader of the AI development department, and he is determined to prevent the virus from spreading outside, thus, preventing humanity becoming extinct by evolution.

Thomas has no combat experience, but he's known for being skilled in tech. He'll be able to hack, disrupt, and manipulate the rogue AIs to get through the facility. His gadgets include long-range signal disrupting, radio and electromagnetic jamming, hologram illusion, malware implants, system takeovers, and IFF spoofing.

There's no doubt that EVOTINCTION offers a unique take on stealth from a AAA team. Each level can be played in numerous ways, with each player having a different take based on how you use Thomas's abilities. With different enemies with unique behaviours, purpose, and skills, you'll need to think carefully about how you'll proceed. Plus, there's a semi-open world, so you can revisit locations to find any objectives or collectibles you've missed out on.

Look forward to multiple game modes, including New Game Plus, where you'll gain access to more powerful skills, and even a time attack mode so you can see how fast you can finish EVOTINCTION.

Curious? Then check it out! EVOTINCTION is out on PlayStations 4 and 5, and PC. The digital retail price is $29.99 for PlayStation 5, and a physical box copy with bonus goodies, will be available for £29.99. It will also be available on Steam, for £24.99, with a discount of 10% lowering it to £22.49 if you purchase it before 26th September.
