CD Projekt RED Announces It Will Disable Mods for Phantom Liberty Launch
It's time to celebrate the highly-anticipated launch of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, but if you've been playing a modded version of the base game, you might be wondering how those mods will work going forward. The modding community is all too familiar with the growing pains of new updates, releases, and the like. It seems the Phantom Liberty team is anticipating a buggy mess too — and is actively trying to avoid it.CD Projekt RED has officially taken to X (formerly known as Twitter) to announce that mods will be automatically disabled for the launch of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.
