A device designed to create free energy has obliterated half of the universe and you need to fling monkeys forward in time so they can capture the energy as it coalesces.

The game is one person vs another person, so it pretty much requires an internet connection - unless you attend a GameOn LAN. Or a lesser event of LAN gaming - but why bother with that?
