BlizzCon Online 2021: Diablo 4 Rogue Announcement

In today’s BlizzCon 2021 opening ceremony game director Luis Barriga has revealed a new Diablo 4 class, the Rogue returning from Diablo. The Rogue is shown working as an assassin for a priest and bringing trophies in the form of severed ears as a proof of her kills. The gameplay shows the class to be an agile killer, moving quickly around the battlefield and using daggers, arrows, caltrops and shadowy clones of herself to dispatch her enemies.

The game director also talked about the ability for the player to customise their characters appearance and background using the rogue’s ability to adapt as an example with her being able to be an archer or a stealthy assassin.
