Beware Ghost Hunters, All Hallows' Eve Has Come To Phasmophobia!

Joining the plethora of games celebrating the spookiest time of the year, Phasmophobia's Halloween event is here, and it has a bunch of new additions and fixes! Are you brave enough to hunt ghosts on the day they are most powerful?

First things first, the new event, Halloween 2023, has been added, and some instructions will be offered in-game. Complete the challenges and get a spooky ID card badge and trophy to flaunt! Both Maple Lodge and the Prison maps will be unlocked temporarily at level 1, so even new players can have a chance at completing the event!

Speaking of Maple, the map has received a complete revamp, with a new reception area, two separate campsites, and more hiding spots! Additionally, the sound effects for rain effects have been updated to be different out in the open vs. under something.

Finally, the Halloween update brings with it many fixes and changes, such as icon changes, fixes to the Monkey Paws texture, and more reliable bone pictures, among others!
