Battlefield 2042 Has Been Delayed a Month
As hype continues to build for the next entry in the Battlefield series, General Manager of DICE Studios Oskar Gabrielson took to the company’s Twitter account to make the announcement that the FPS epic’s return will have to wait a little longer. Making a game amid a global pandemic has not been easy on many game developers, and DICE echoed this sentiment, citing it as a reason to push the game back from the planned 22nd October release, to a new date of 19th November 2021. He closes the announcement with news that an open beta will be launching later in September.
