Answer 'Yes' to any of those and, well, you'd be welcomed in Arkham Asylum. And definitely included in the Arkham Underworld.

Batman: Arkham Underworld has been announced by Turbine, the developers behind the DC Comics-themed MMO Infinite Crisis. It will see you building a hideout, starting a gang and destroying your enemies for respect and loot - eventually going up against Batman himself.

It's interesting to note that the signup asks if you've played games like Clash of Clans, Game of War: Fire Age and Boom Beach - all similar styles of games. It suggests that Arkham Underworld will be similar in nature. Though it also lists Crime City, Injustice: Gods Among Us Mobile and Batman Arkham Origins Mobile, which are varied genres.
