Batman Arkham Knight Screenshots

Hot on the heels of the Batmobile Battle Mode Trailer come some shots from Batman Arkham Knight. They show a more heavily armed Gotham than we're used to, as well as the apparent lengths Batman is willing to go to in a world without The Joker.

Whether the loss of Joker in Arkham City or the appearance of the Arkham Knight pushed Batman over the edge, it is concerning to see him equipping the Batmobile with so many guns and maiming thugs. Batman has always lived by a "no guns" rule which movies usually break - but this will be the first videogame to have him using guns. Given the attention to the mythos that Rocksteady have shown Batman titles already, we're still excited.
