Badlands Crew Announcement Trailer and Information
Curve Games and Runner Duck have revealed the third instalment in the Crew games franchise, dropping players into a devastating apocalypse with a high-octane adventure alongside intense vehicle management gameplay. Badlands Crew, an ambitious and challenging roguelite sim, is set to release on PC via Steam sometime in 2024, with a console version to follow later on.
The official announcement trailer gives us a look at the new sandy setting of Badlands Crew, and it teases intense vehicle combat encounters against a variety of foes located in the lawless Badlands. Playing as the protector of The Citadel, you’ll face off against factions of marauders — Gun Nutz, Pyros, Klowns, and Vultures — and their evil chief, The Orator. Environmental hazards in the form of giant sandworms, acid rain storms, and more, make the Badlands even more hostile. Get ready to fight your way through it all!
"We've taken everything we've learnt from Bomber Crew and Space Crew and are working on all new and improved features, which hugely increase the ways players can approach the game," said Jon Wingrove, Technical Director and Co-Founder of Runner Duck. As you navigate the apocalypse with your custom battle wagon, the new dynamic and evolving campaign map will let you choose your own path and strategy as you journey through the dangerous desert landscape. Badlands Crew also offers deep crew customisation to complement your vehicle’s capabilities.
Drive, navigate, repair, and fight to survive in Badlands Crew in 2024. Stay tuned for more information, and in the meantime, you can wishlist the game on Steam!
