Back 4 Blood Reaches 10 Million Players & Announce Tunnels of Terror Expansion

Turtle Rock Studios and Warner Bros. Games have announced that over 10 million players have jumped in to Back 4 Blood since its October 2021 release. This massive milestone is met with information about the first expansion for the game, Tunnels of Terror.

In the new expansion, players can expect to face off against three new ridden, two new playable characters, and an all new PVE activity called "Ridden Hives". This new game mode has players venture into seven dungeons that span the labyrinth tunnels situated below the streets of Evansburgh, facing off against a new threat in the Warped Ridden.

Successful incursions into these depths will reward players with exclusive loot and gear, which is only available within this new activity. There are also new weapons, skins, cards, and more to be had when the expansion drops on 12th April 2022. This coincides with the release of a free update to Back 4 Blood which introduces the No Hope difficulty setting, for those wishing for an extreme challenge.
