PlatinumGames adds new content and responds to feedback in the new season.

The players can expect over 80 new quests over the season, starting with a new story chapter taking place in a new desert location. To help them in the new challenges the sentinels will get access to a new, seventh weapon type “Pistols” which reward skilled play, and a sixth faction “Kuftaali” capable of teleporting and said to possess advanced alchemy as well as new weapons and armour with gameplay altering enchantments introducing more variety to the game's complex character building.

The Season 2 update also marks the biggest series of changes based on player feedback so far including numerous gameplay, and balance changes, and the start of graphical upgrades requested by the community.
