Australian Classification Board Rates New Version of Red Dead Redemption 2
Since its release late last year, fans of Rockstar Games have been clamouring for a PC port of the critically acclaimed Red Dead Redemption 2. Now, a PC port of the game is shaping up to be more likely than before, with the Australian Classification Board providing a rating for a new version of the game.
The information comes from a website named GTAFORUMS, with user “hsoj” providing both a screenshot and a link to the rating as proof of their finding. Of course, this rating doesn’t necessarily indicate that a PC port is on the way. It could also be a port for a different system such as Google Stadia or Nintendo Switch (the latter being extremely unlikely), or some kind of new DLC for the game. Given the demand though, a PC port seems like a safe bet, especially when considering Rockstar Games has just released its own dedicated launcher for the PC versions of their games.
In Red Dead Redemption 2, players control Arthur Morgan as he struggles to survive in a rapidly changing America within a gang of criminals, led by the equally charismatic and ruthless Dutch van der Linde. Upon its release, the game received large critical and commercial success, with many critics including us praising its narrative and beautifully detailed world in particular.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is available now for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

There can be little doubt that RDR2 is coming to PC, now. Not that there could have been much doubt before. The GTA V model worked, why not replicate it? Release on current gen, wait for next-gen and triple-dip on PC too.

The Rockstar PC launcher seemed like a very strong indication.
