Assassin's Creed: Syndicate PC Version Delayed
Ubisoft have pushed back the PC version of Assassin's Creed: Syndicate, with a release date set for 19th November. The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One iterations are due to release on 23rd October.
A post on the Ubisoft Blog reads: “We have introduced several new improvements to our production pipeline and validation process, which allowed us to focus on polishing, stabilizing and optimizing the PC version very early on in the project. This has been one of the top priorities for the production team this year.”
“The additional four weeks are for us to really bear down and finalize all of the polish and optimization, to make sure the game and all of its systems are stable when it launches, so it runs smoothly for all players starting on day one.”
Assassin's Creed: Unity infamously released with a plethora of bugs last year, which saw Ubisoft come under fire from disgruntled gamers.
It's good to see that Ubisoft have seemingly taken that feedback on board.

Heard they're targeting optimising 1080p 30fps on PC. Screw that.

I'm guessing they've seen the problem with Batman on PC, looking to not replicate the Unity saga

Not acceptable in my books. Work as hard on the PC version as you do on the console versions and make sure they come out at the same time. If the PC port needs more work then assign more time to it.

Surly if there is a problem with getting the PC copy out on time then shouldnt they hold all games back just to make sure they are all spick and span?
I agree with Hamiltonious though they should work hard on the PC version like they do on the consoles
