ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON Minimum & Recommended Specs Revealed
With the release of ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON just around the corner, the minimum specs have finally been revealed ahead of its expected 24th of August launch. If you're looking to see what you will need for both Ray-Tracing and non-Ray-Tracing gaming, then we've got you covered!
The most obvious thing to look at is the game's 60GB file size, which isn't too much, but prospective buyers with a first-tier Steam Deck might be disappointed by the news (though we're yet to know of its Steam Deck compatibility at the moment). Also, ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON is Windows 10 and Windows 11 compatible, with the latter only being part of its recommended specs.
Aside from universal things that every gamer will be looking at, it's time to check out its specifications for those who don't want to play with Ray Tracing (and what we assume is most of the community). For the Minimum, you'll find the following:
Nothing too demanding, though whether this is for 1080p at 30FPS or not isn't clarified in the official X. The recommended specifications are also looking great for anyone with the ever-famous GTX 1080 or any 20-series or higher cards, which is great news in terms of the accessibility of the game in terms of hardware.
The Ray-Tracing gamers out there will also find relatively good news, as most Ray-Tracing-ready GPUs will be able to handle ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON, with the NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2060 appearing in the Minimum specifications. Here is everything you need to know about what you'll need for Ray Tracing compatibility:
We are still waiting for confirmation on the game's Steam Deck verification and whether it will be ready. Whether it will be playable on everyone's favourite Valve console or not is a mystery that will hopefully be answered closer to release.
