ARK: Survival Evolved Winter Event and Content Update Out Now

The ARK: Survival Evolved Winter Wonderland event is live now through the 5th of January 2023. The return of this festive in-game event brings holiday-themed emotes, items, and skins as well as the opportunity to collect 12 new chibis. Winter Wonderland is also the first in-game event for Nintendo Switch players after last month’s reboot, bringing content parity with PC and console versions of the game. Switch players can also look forward to the release of the ARK: Aberration Expansion Pack on the 26th of December along with new content updates planned for next year.  

For PC, Xbox, and PlayStation ARK players, an update featuring expanded story content is now available. This update includes brand-new intro and ending cinematics for each ARK map, the Scorched Earth Ascension cinematic, and new voiceovers from David Tennant and Madeleine Madden, giving a refreshed experience to the game’s older content.  

More content is also coming to PC players with ARK: Survival of the Fittest, a crossplay prototype. The PC launch date is the 23rd of December, and the launch dates for consoles are still to be announced.

ARK: Survival Evolved is available now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
