ARK: Survival Evolved is Coming to Mobile

In what seems to be the trend at the minute, ARK: Survival Evolved has announced a mobile version. 

The mobile version of the game will be the complete ARK: Survival Evolved experience offering both a single-player mode and the full persistent online multiplayer survival experience. From the information released at this time it seems that the upcoming mobile version is very close to its PC counterpart but until we can dive in and explore the feature set is still unclear. ARK: Survival Evolved on mobile will be a free-to-play title so expect in-game purchases.  

The game is releasing into closed beta today on iOS meaning the full release on iOS and Android is likely to not be to far away. 

Wroth noting is that, according to the description, all the footage in the trailer is recorded from an iPhone 8. 

ARK: Survival Evolved is currently available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
