All of the Heroes That Will Be Available at Launch in Marvel Rivals

NetEase Games' Marvel Rivals is quickly reaching its release date. The 5th of December launch approaches ever nearer, and it's looking more and more like we know the complete roster of characters (or, at least, the ones who will be available at launch).

To date, we know of 27 heroes that are available, with the latest one — Moon Knight, at the time of writing — being announced just a while ago with a launch trailer. Here is everyone we know about and their relevant roles!

Vanguard

The bulkier and tankier of the group, Vanguard characters will have the opportunity to protect their squishies from death — or, at least, too-quick a death. The known Vanguard characters are:

• Doctor Strange
• Groot
• Bruce Banner (Hulk)
• Magneto
• Peni Parker
• Thor
• Venom

Duelist

These characters excel at one-versus-one, with great offensive options but struggling with defensive capabilities to keep them afloat.

• Magik
• Moon Knight
• Namor
• Psylocke
• Scarlet Witch
• Spider-Man
• Star-Lord
• Storm
• The Punisher
• Winter Soldier

Strategist

Strategists are your quintessential supports: characters with heals or combat boosts. Some Strategists take that a bit more loosely (like Loki) to draw fire into decoys and reveal enemies.
