Aground Releases on Consoles
Fancy Fish Games and SnöBox Studio's Aground, the pixel art survival game which sees shipwrecked players working their way up from shacks to space exploration, has released on Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Originally released as a flash demo in 2017 before reaching Steam Early Access in 2018, Aground has had the time to build up a loyal following of players who can't get enough of its rich open world. In addition to the typical crafting, farming, fighting and mining, Aground lets players travel to other planets, befriend dragons, imprison foes, dabble in wizadry and complete story-based quests. There's a lot to it, and now console players will be able to get in on the action too.
Aground is out now for Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It's also now available on PC (although not for the first time) on the Epic Games Store.
